Welcome to Silky Bites! By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Products & Purpose

Silky Bites sells live feeder insects (primarily silkworms) and silkworm chow for reptile, amphibian, and exotic pet use only. These products are not intended for human consumption.

2. Live Arrival Guarantee

We guarantee live arrival if the package is picked up immediately upon delivery and you contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of any DOA (dead on arrival) worms.

• Guarantee is void if the package sits outside, in a mailbox, or is not picked up promptly.

• Replacement or refund is at our discretion and applies to product only (not shipping costs).

3. Shipping

Orders are typically shipped on Mondays to avoid weekend delays. We use USPS (and other carriers as needed) and pack orders with insulation and cold/heat packs when necessary.

Shipping delays or carrier errors are beyond our control and not covered under our guarantee.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of live animals, we do not accept returns. Refunds or replacements are only considered in accordance with our Live Arrival Guarantee.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once shipped, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

6. Limitation of Liability

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are familiar with the proper care of feeder insects and agree that Silky Bites is not responsible for injury, illness, or death of animals caused by improper feeding or handling.
